Need to schedule a CE Class for your company or your agents?

We offer classes all over the state of Arizona or in a location you choose (a Laughlin resort or a Cruise Ship perhaps).
AZ Dept of Real Estate requires all classes must be held in a location that provides a “classroom environment”. ADRE loosely interprets this, as some locations might not specifically be a classroom, yet still qualify under the rules. The rules also require that the location does not have any distractions that might take away from the learning experience. As such, the following location types typically do not meet the requirements:
  • An area or room in a restaurant or bar where noise from the business would be heard in the class.
  • A model home, where the class is held in the family room, yet the instructor has no control of activities in another room.
  • An area or room in an operating retail business, unless the room specifically is closed off from the retail activities, overhead announcements, etc.
